pera77's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the relevant claim.
pera77 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. pera77 shall not be liable for any service interruption caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, network failures, or regulatory actions.
pera77 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently terminate any player account for any reason, including violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, failure to complete verification, or upon direction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority.
Upon termination of your account, any genuine funds remaining in your balance (i.e., excluding bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be refunded to your verified payment method within a reasonable time, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. pera77 is not obligated to refund any bonus balances or winnings derived from prohibited conduct.
